There are several different types of documents in the following list. Exhibit Guidelines is a draft description of the type of exhibit that would be used in the central facility of the GCSEC. Guidelines for Exhibit Labels is a draft description of the format for writing the instructional labels that visitors will refer to in using the exhibits.
The various exhibit Overviews are narrative introductions intended to provide introductions and background for volunteer explainers that assist with GCSEC presentations to the general public. The Overviews will also serve as additional information for visitors who would like to learn more about particular exhibits. Guidelines for Exhibit Overviews describes a general approach for these introductions.
The various exhibit Labels are the instructions that visitors will refer to when using the exhibits.
Presently the majority of the sample exhibits are addressing physical science content. That was an oversight. The intent is to create a central facility that addresses more or less equally a number of areas of science, mathematics and engineering technology. It is hoped that the next few exhibits constructed will address biology, chemistry, earth and space, and engineering topics.
